As some people may be aware the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) is the global thought and practise leader in the generation of formal business proposals which of course includes tendering. Through Bid Management Services’ leadership we are proud to announce that the APMP Ireland chapter has been formally recognised within the global APMP community.

In practise this means that bid and tender managers in Ireland will now be able to affiliate to the chapter and will be able to avail of continuous professional development support which, for the first time is based on the island of Ireland. Members will also be able to access top class speakers in the proposal management field and will be able to get training, support and assistance with becoming accredited to the APMP methodologies on the island.   

Bid Management Services CEO Joanne has been appointed as the Chapter Chair and our Northern Ireland Director Colin Borland has been appointed the Chapter Co-Chair to provide full coverage for the island.

We are very proud to be driving this important step forward in bid and proposal writing on the Island of Ireland and we are confident that we can contribute significantly to the improvement of this skills base.
